The reel was unusable the first time I reeled it in. The gear on the motor shift wasn't attached. The set screws weren't screwed in. I called SoftWash depot to let them know. We had some good conversations. I told them I could probably fix it. They said they would send a new one. That was almost a month ago. I haven't heard back from them. They blamed it on the reel manufature, which could be true. Its hard to tell though as they lied a out replacing it, so who knows. I dont trust this company to help me keep mine running.

We tried to call you and left a voicemail. Titan electric hose reels have been out of stock for 4 weeks. We have not had any reels to ship, nor heard from you. As stated we do not manufacture the hose reels, Titan does. We do not unbox them. We put a shipping label on them and send them out.
