Description

The Clear Downstream Injector Manifold is a premium, precision-engineered solution designed for downstream chemical application in soft wash and pressure washing systems. Crafted from durable, clear acrylic and CNC machined for accuracy, this manifold allows operators to easily monitor chemical flow while delivering long-term performance in demanding environments.

Available in 2-port and 3-port configurations, this downstream injector manifold features 1/4″ NPT inlet ports and 1/2″ NPT outlet ports, ensuring seamless compatibility with a wide range of downstreaming setups. Effortlessly switch between SH, surfactants, degreasers, and other chemicals without disconnecting lines.

This manifold offers customizable valve options, including 1/4″ check valves with Hastelloy springs for superior corrosion resistance and reliability, or 1/4″ valves with Viton seals for enhanced chemical durability. Integrated 1/4″ barbs provide secure hose connections, while two pre-drilled mounting holes allow for fast and stable installation.

⚠️ Installation Note:
Use Teflon tape only. Do NOT use Tru Blu.

Soft Wash Depot Clear Acrylic Manifold – 30-Day Limited Manufacturer Defect Warranty

Soft Wash Depot warrants its Clear Acrylic Manifolds against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase or shipment.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects present under normal and proper use, including:

  • Cracks, chips, or defects present upon arrival
  • Manufacturing defects in the acrylic material
  • Improperly machined ports or mounting holes
  • Other defects determined by Soft Wash Depot to have resulted from manufacturing

Customers should inspect the manifold immediately upon delivery and notify Soft Wash Depot of any visible damage or defects as soon as possible.

What Is NOT Covered

The 30-day warranty does not cover cracks, damage, or failure resulting from:

  • Overtightening fittings
  • Excessive PTFE/thread tape
  • Use of liquid pipe sealant, pipe dope, Tru-Blu, or similar thread compounds
  • Cross-threading fittings
  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Using incorrect fittings or thread sizes
  • Impact, dropping, abuse, or accidental damage
  • Modifying, drilling, machining, or altering the manifold
  • Excessive pressure
  • Chemical incompatibility or improper chemical use
  • Freeze damage
  • Improper storage or maintenance
  • Damage occurring after installation that is not caused by a manufacturing defect

Cracking caused by installation, overtightening, or improper thread-sealing methods is not considered a manufacturer defect.

Installation Requirements

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN FITTINGS.

For installation, Soft Wash Depot recommends using only 1–2 wraps of PTFE thread tape and carefully threading fittings into the acrylic manifold.

Do not use liquid thread sealants or excessive thread tape.

Acrylic can be damaged when excessive force is applied to threaded ports. Take your time during installation and never force a fitting.

If you're unsure about installation, contact Soft Wash Depot before assembling the manifold. We're happy to help.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Soft Wash Depot.

To submit a claim, customers may be required to provide the original order number, photographs or video of the manifold, photographs of the fittings and threaded ports, and a description of how the manifold was installed and when the issue occurred.

Soft Wash Depot may require the manifold to be returned for inspection before approving a repair or replacement.

Submitting or returning a manifold does not automatically constitute warranty approval.

If inspection determines that the manifold failed due to a covered manufacturing defect, Soft Wash Depot will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected manifold.

If the damage is determined to have resulted from improper installation, over tightening, excessive thread tape, sealant, misuse, or another excluded condition, the warranty claim will be denied.

Questions Before Installation?

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before installation if they have any questions. We'd rather help you install it correctly than have you damage your new manifold.
