APE Warranty
A.P.E. Hose Warranty Policy
Hose products distributed by A.P.E. (American Pressure Equipment) are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the original shipment date or purchase date from your distributor. This warranty applies only to manufacturer defects when products are properly installed, maintained, and operated according to A.P.E. guidelines.
Warranty Coverage
If a product is found, upon inspection by A.P.E., to contain a manufacturer defect, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge and returned via standard ground shipping.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by over-pressurization
- Punctures or bursts
- Accidents, abuse, or misuse
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Product modifications
- Corrosion caused by failure to rinse equipment after use
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Any use outside intended operating conditions
A.P.E. reserves the right to determine whether a product failure is due to a manufacturer defect or excluded condition.
Return Authorization (RGA)
All warranty claims require a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to return. Please contact the distributor or supplier you purchased from to obtain an RGA number.
Products returned without an approved RGA will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping products back to A.P.E. for inspection.
Shipping Responsibilities
If the product is determined to have a manufacturer defect:
- Repair or replacement shipping via ground service will be covered by A.P.E.
If the product is found not to have a manufacturer defect:
- Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Additional shipping services such as expedited or insured shipping are available at the customer’s expense.
Limitation of Liability
A.P.E. (American Pressure Equipment) makes no other expressed or implied warranties beyond those stated above. A.P.E. assumes no liability for damages or issues arising from the use of its products in cleaning or chemical applications, as operating conditions and product usage are beyond its control.
